Drawing is such a wonderful way to become more mindful and connected. Join us on Sunday for a DRAW ALONG, a great opportunity to slow down, connect and take a moment out of this craziness.
We’ll work through some gentle exercises encouraging you to engage with the process rather than the end product. All you need is a pencil and paper, you could draw solo for meditation or with your household.
