  1. No refunds, credits, or transfers once the class has commenced.
  2. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the class commencing, no refund will be issued.
  3. If you cancel 7 – 14 days prior to the class commencing, you’ll receive a 50% refund.
  4. If you cancel 14 days prior to the class commencing, you’ll receive a full refund.
  5. If we are able to fill your place, we’ll process a full refund or credit, minus a $50 administration fee.
  6. Bookings can be transferred to a friend if we are notified before the class commences.
  7. Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method and may take up to 5 – 10 business days to be received, depending on your bank.

When you book a class with us, you’re not only committing to attend but also supporting our small creative business within the arts community. Our clear terms exist to help fill spots and sustain our enterprise. If you request a refund or seek to reschedule outside of our terms, you’re asking us to absorb the cost. Given our limited class sizes, this significantly impacts our ability to operate and thrive. Your understanding and adherence to our policy are crucial for the continued success of our artistic community.

You do not have to be a TAR Member to book in to a class. However if you are a Member you receive many studio benefits including 10% off all classes.

Our classes are for adults and designed for people aged 18+.

The studio and gallery are open 10am – 3pm Monday – Wednesday, Friday – Saturday.

When booking you can choose to pay a 50% deposit or the full amount.  The balance is processed 14 days prior to commencement of class.

Our classes often reach capacity so we do recommend booking early. If a class is booked out and you wish to join the wait list, complete the enquiry form on the relevant class page.

If you’re interested in becoming a life model we recommend beginning with the Life Models Society.  We are not running any life model workshops currently.

Thank you for your interest!  We currently have a full schedule and we’ll do a call out when we’re seeking new models.

We only have the capacity to accommodate 1 – 2 students a year. Please email us with your dates to see if we have any availability and state why you’d like to do your work experience with us.

We pay everyone we work with for their time, and we’ll do a call out if we are seeking teachers or staff.
